We work with US and UK advisors to conduct export controls compliance gap analysis against regulatory requirements, and draft uplifted compliance processes and procedures. ITA creates custom-tailored training for staff on export controls requirements for entities in Australia, their U.S., UK and other foreign subsidiaries, and for Australian subsidiaries of multinationals to ensure the entire organisation is across multinational export controls requirements.

Four times a year, we host live training courses for Export Compliance Officers, Project Managers and Engineers where these professionals can obtain updated training on the ITAR, EAR and AU export controls as well as network with others in the industry. The courses are two days in duration. Day One offers an introduction to export controls and Day Two is a hands-on workshop designed for those with responsibility for managing an export controls compliance program. The courses are held in Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide and Melbourne in the latter half of the calendar year. We also host an annual conference. Our conferences and trainings are focused on helping Australian industry and Commonwealth staff manage U.S. export controlled technology in Australia.
