Our service offerings include assistance with understanding the regulatory requirements under U.S. ITAR, EAR and Australian export controls. We offer tailored advice and training to Australian companies and Australian subsidiaries of multinationals.
We have assisted prime defence contractors, SMEs and the Commonwealth with creating cost-effective processes, procedures and staff training that are tailored to their business needs. Our focus is on helping Australian entities understand export controls by providing assistance related to addressing compliance issues as well as guidance in relation to managing an effective Export Compliance Management Program (ECMP) and governance framework.
Four times a year, we host live training courses for Export Compliance Officers, Project Managers and Engineers where these professionals can obtain updated training on the ITAR, EAR and AU export controls as well as network with others in the industry. The courses are two days in duration. Day One offers an introduction to export controls and Day Two is a hands-on workshop designed for those with responsibility for managing an export controls compliance program. The courses are held in Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide and Melbourne in the latter half of the calendar year. We also host an annual conference. Our conferences and trainings are focused on helping Australian industry and Commonwealth staff manage U.S. export controlled technology in Australia.
